Habakkuk 1:5

Look at the nations and watch
    and be utterly amazed.
For I am going to do something in your days
    that you would not believe,
    even if you were told.

The thing is, when God said this to Habakkuk (and by the way, however you pronounce his name, you're probably right), he went on to say that He is raising up the Babylonians against Israel. Habakkuk is completely shocked by this reply and doesn't understand how this can be an answer to his problems. He even questions God's infinity. But the point is that God knows. His plans are not our plans and His timing is not our timing. God is in control and can bring good things out of bad. He can bring salvation out of judgement; justice out of injustice.
