Maximise

In regard to leadership, the Bible speaks more about the quality of the life of the leader & their relationship with the LORD & others, rather than principles of leadership.

( See 1 Tim 3:1-13 & Titus 1:5-9).
All human groups need leaders. Effective leaders know where they are going: they have strong beliefs & values.

Good leaders have one key aim: to be a servant to maximize others’ potential for the good of the whole enterprise.
Consider the LORD JESUS & HIS leadership. "JESUS CHRIST, the ultimate example of leadership, lived a life of humility. The LORD of earth & heaven dressed in a garb of rustic! HE who poured out the waters of the earth, the Amazon, the Euphrates, the Nile, the Mississippi - bent over a well to ask a Samaritan woman for a drink. HE who spread the canopy of the heavens & set the earth for a foot stool, spent the night with Simon a Tanner. HE whose chariots are the clouds, walked with sore feet" (John Haggai) And Paul the leader says, "Our attitudes should be the same as that of CHRIST JESUS" (Phil 2:1-11)
